They say dreams are just peaks into your subconscious mind. So when I dream about him what exactly is my mind telling me? Is it telling me that deep down inside he is where I want to be? Or is this just my “prefect world” away from the real world and something that will never be?

What men really want… from relationships.
I’m sitting here holding a conversation with a friend and we got on the topic of what women THINK men want from relationships. I thought WE should share OUR opinions. SO I’m going to give my idea of what I believe men want and then a friend (who is male) will give his.

*Men want… TIME. You cant rush a man to make a decision or work on your terms. He’s not going to be with you or move to that next point within a relationship until he deems himself “ready”.

*Men want… AN UNDERSTANDING BESTFRIEND/ GIRLFRIEND. Why not have that girl you can kick it with romantically and on some “homeboy” type stuff?
—Women have to know when to draw the line between being a bestfriend and girlfriend. Both cant be done 24/7.
*Men want… SILENCE. …
—False. Men love communication. BUT men like to talk about what men like to talk about. What man enjoys a conversation about hair and nails? Great debates and challenges are intriguing.—
*Men want… A TROPHY. He wants to bring you around his boys and have his boys thinking “Damn…”
—More so on personality than on looks.
*Men want… EVERYTHING WOMEN WANT. Men just have different ways of going about getting what they want.
WHAT MEN WANT WOMEN TO KNOW::
-Men dont like the “Nothing Game”. Just come out and tell a man what is wrong rather than beat around the bush or having an attitude without telling him what is wrong. “What’s wrong babe?” “Nothing”
-Men like to be WANTED but not NEEDED.
-Men like girls that are wanted by others but don’t offer themselves to everyone. She cant be friendly with every single man that’s around.
-Men want support. That simple. Be his publicist, groupie, manager, biggest fan, personal assistant, …his EVERYTHING.
“Why can’t you be independent and submissive?”
Recently, I watched a vlog by EDotDizzy aka @ThaFamousNobody and the whole time I was SCREAMING “YES! YES! YES!” He was speaking to my soul with his opinions on relationships. I’m gonna recap then give my very own opinion on what he spoke about! Check out the video! I just posted it!
“What do you want from a man?”
It’s not a hard question. Women can QUICKLY tell you what they DON’T want but really what do we look for in men and are these things we list the “right” thing? MY ANSWER: I want a man that COMPLIMENTS me as a woman. We don’t need to be polar opposites or just a like. Just someone who makes me better. My weaknesses are his strengths and vice versa. I want a man that has the same values. Cherishes family and friends. Someone that allows me to be who I am and loves it. I want a man that I can raise my son to be JUST like and not be disappointed.

Men will be attracted to different women other than their significant other no matter if they’re dating, married, or have been married for 100 years!! Men will always have that urge to seek something new! (The question is whether they’ll act on that urge) But it doesn’t matter if you are the best at what you do to him… you’re just the best FOR NOW. Someone else could be offering up the same thing. What else do you have to add to having “the best ______.” A man has to love you for you. You don’t have to be the finest thing in the world but if he can say “She isn’t THE BADDEST but the way she loves me or the way she takes care of me no one else can compare,” you have done your duty! What makes you different from the finest woman in the club?

AMEN!! Ladies, we can work a 9-5, mow the grass, go play ball, but AT THE SAME TIME we can come home and cook and play Susie HomeMaker. I believe there are roles that some women should play! I’d love to be that working wife but I would LOVE to also be that wife that can come home and have a meal waiting for my husband, kids put to bed, ready to run his bath water! If we still want a man to play that “manly” role we need to stop worrying about what things may look like or being sooo independent! Show how much of a woman you really are by being a working wife, full-time non-stop mom. We are women! We are MADE to take on sooo many duties!

Know what you want, how to get it… as well as what he wants and how to give it to him. Ladies can’t have that hard shell all the time! A man wants to know you can do good on your own but he always loves feeling that he’s there to be your security! Being able to take care of his woman (not just financially) is one of a man’s largest goals! ALLOW him to do that!! Even if you’re faking it! Stroke his ego!! You can be independent but also a woman willing to allow a man to be a man. But at the same time a man needs to know HOW TO BE A MAN!
Men are clueless about us! It is our duty to let them know everything! How we feel, what we like, what we don’t like, what we want to do, EVERYTHING!
There’s so much more but I can’t cover it all!! *sigh*
